机动水稻插秧机转臂滑道机构的设计(二)

【摘要】 本文是刊于本刊第10卷第1期的《机动水稻插秧机转臂滑道机构的设计(一)》一文的续篇。2Z系列机动水稻插秧机包括九种机型,已于1979年8~11月全部鉴定定型,全系列统一采用转臂滑道机构控制秧爪的分插运动轨迹。本文根据系列插秧机转臂滑道机构设计参数的选择和生产试验的结果,较系统地阐述有关设计要点,初步提出了可供实际应用的设计方法。

【Abstract】 This paper is the continuation of Design about Sliding Way Mechanism of SteeringArm for Power Rice Transplanter(Ⅰ) (A. A. S. Vol. X No. I). The power rice transplanter including 9 models was authenticated and finalized from August to November in 1979. The whole series unitedly adopts the inner-cam controlling me-chanism of planting crank for the rotoring-vertical path.According to choice the technical parameters of the sliding way mechanism of steering arm and the results of experiment, the paper makes a systematic expo-sition of the concerned points and puts forward the design met hod for actual application.The task sponsored by Shen Kejun, engineer, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences.The paper written by Liang Fang, Farm Machinery Department in South China Agricultural College.
