低比转数自吸离心泵的设计与试验研究

【摘要】 本文分析了国内外自吸泵的资料,抓住了提高自吸性能而又不降低效率这个主要矛盾,提出了外混式自吸泵双层壳结构和加大叶轮D2,b22m的设计方法,使研制的自吸泵,其自吸性能和效率都接近国外同类泵的先进水平。文中在对四种泵体结构和七个叶轮进行大量试验的基础上,进行了分析研究,对今后自吸泵设计提供了有价值的参考资料。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the data of domestic and foreign self-priming pumps the author puts forward a new design of double layer housing of externally mixed self-priming pumps and extended impeller D2, b2 and B2π, in order to raise the self-priming performance without decreasing the efficiency. These resulted in a better self-priming performance and higher efficiency and reached a level appro-aching the advanced level of the same kind of foreign pumps. On the basis of a large number of experiments in four pump housings and seven impeller, the auther presents valuable data for designing self-priming pumps. The concept has been used in production already.
