研究履带拖拉机牵引性能的一种简便方法——线段叠加法

【摘要】 土壤-车辆系统力学的一个重要内容是研究车辆的牵引性能,并计算出其牵引力。现在对履带拖拉机所能发挥牵引力的估计,都用积分办法计算。这有两个问题:其一,履带拖拉机在地面行驶时,履刺把接地段土壤切成很多小段。因此把土壤推力当成在接地段上的连续函数来积分是不合理的;其二,积分公式中用的系数都是由试验曲线取定,即使积分计算方法是科学的,由于系数不准计算结果也只能是粗略近似的。文中作者提出一种新的确定履带拖拉机牵引力的方法,即以单块履带板作基础,用简单的线段叠加法即可确定整条履带的牵引力。此方法避免了繁琐的积分运算,简便易行,较为适用。

【Abstract】 One of the main substances of soil-vehicle system mechanics is concerning the tractive performance of vehicles and the calculating of traction of them. At present integral is commonly used to estimate the value of traction produced by a crawler tractor. There are, however, two problems:1. Grousers cut the soil of the track ground contact area into many small sections while the crawler tractor travels on the ground. There will not be continu-ously propelling force developed from the ground-contact area, so it will be impro-per if the propelling force is integrated as a continuous funetion on the ground-contact area.2. Because the factors used in the integral equation are derived from shear testing or other testing curves, the traction of vehicle can only be estimated appro-ximately even if the integral is correctly and exactly carried out.In this paper the author presents a new method of calculating the traction of the crawler tractor based on the testing curves of a single track shoe. The traction value can be derived from a "Drawing Method" which leads to the same re-sult, but the complex integral calculation is avoided.
