【摘要】 本文介绍了对40-200型柴油机副连杆进行的光弹性实验研究。对实验的一些有关方法进行了理论分析。副连杆由多个不同材质的零件靠过盈配合组装而成。本实验采用具有不同高温冻结弹性模数的光弹材料,制成具有一定过盈量的零件模型,然后将它们组装成一体进行应力冻结。这种方法对解决这种问题有准确、简便的特点。文中叙述了实验结果,并得出了对副连杆设计有参考价值的一些结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a photoelastic experimental study performed for the sla-ve connecting rod of model 40—200 diesel engine is described and the concernedmethods of the experiment theoretically is analysed.This slave connecting rod iscomposed of several parts which are made of different materials and assembledwith interference fit.Using the photoelastic materials with different high-tempera-ture freezing elastic modules,authors have set up the part models with certaininteference range,then assembled them together for frozen stress.It is found thatthis method has a precise and simple feature for resolving this kind of problems.This paper relates the results of this experiment and obtains the conclusions thathave the reference values for designing a slave connecting rod.更多还原
