松香胺扩大试验设备和工艺条件的探讨

【摘要】 在松香胺制备试验初报的基础上,本文进一步阐述了松香胺制备扩大试验的工艺流程、反应原理、主要设备及操作方法。对松香胺制备的工艺条件进行了探讨。对松香腈的加氢工艺流程,即釜式加氢与带氢气循环的管式加氢作了对比。结果表明:采用带氢气循环的管式加氢,吸收效率高,生产能力大,适合于松香胺的工业化生产。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the processing of rosin amine and the equipment needed for the experiment on an enlarged scale, as well as the reaction mechanism involved. The processing conditions have also been investigated. A comparison between the methods of hydrogenation by still process and by recycling the hydrogen bubbles through a tubular hydrcgenator has been made; It shows that the latter gives a higher absorption rate of hydrogenation and a greater productivity.
