针麻手术患者血液胆硷酯酶(ChE)活性变化与针麻效果的关系

【摘要】 <正> 在完整的机体内,交感神经系统和付交感神经系统功能之间,呈交互抑制关系。许多观察指出,在针麻过程中交感神经系统功能有所降低。关于副交感神经系统功能在针麻过程中的变化,则报导甚少。血液ChE活性是衡量付交感神经系统功能的指标之一。血液ChE活性升高或降低,常标志着付交感神经系统功能的增强或减弱。我们在72例胃大部切除和子宫全切的针麻患者,测定了针麻前和针麻诱导后15分
【Abstract】 The observation on the relationship between the changes of the blood ChE activity and the effect of acupuncture anesthesia in 72 cases of patients. Our results showed that there is an increase of blood ChE activity after 15 minutes acupuncture anesthesia induction and during the operation. The blood ChE activity of the patients in Grade Ⅰ auesthesia increases much more than in Grade Ⅱ patinnts.
