钢的渗硼层相结构及形成机理
The Phase Structure of Boronizing Lamella in Steels and Its Mechanism of Formation
【摘要】 本文采用X射线衍射方法得到渗硼层是由FeB,Fe2B,M3(C.B)所组成,FeB,Fe2B呈针舌状;电子显微镜观察到M3(C.B)是一些很小的颗粒散布在FeB和Fe2B之中。 在X射线衍射和电镜观察基础上,提出了渗硼层形成机制。
【Abstract】 In this paper the experiment results, by the x-ray diffraction method, in the boronizing lamella which is composed of FeB,Fe2B,M3(C,B),with FeB, Fe3B in the shape of needles; Electron microscope observation shows that M3(C,B) are very thin particles dispersing in FeB and Fe2B.Based on the X-ray diffraction and electron microscope observation, we suggest, the mechanism of boronizing lamella formation.
