【摘要】 <正> 前言离析法是指在有固体还原剂(煤或焦炭)存在的情况下,添加氯化物,加热某种金属氧化物矿石,在过程中经过一系列复杂反应,矿石中有价金属呈挥发性氯化物析出,在还原剂的表面被还原成金属。离析后的金属颗粒可用浮选、重选、磁选等方法回收。随着国民经济的发展,钢铁、铜等金属需要量日益增加,在氧化矿中回收铜等有色
【Abstract】 The development of segregation process for Lu-feng copper-bearing iron ore is described. The ore contains 0.6-0.71% Cu and 51-54% Fe. The principal copper-bearing species are malachite……and chrysocolla. It has been studied by froth-flotation process. that recoveries of Cu and iron are as low as 40% and 71.3% respectively with grade 6% Cu and 60.1%Fe. Laboratory investigation of the segregation method has confirmed the value of the process. The concentrate produced at optimum conditions contains 13.22% Cu, 65.01% Fe with recoveries of 92.13% Cu and 96.23% Fe.
