沉淀硬化不锈钢的恒温马氏体转变
ISOTHERMAL MARTENSITIC TRANSFORMATION IN A PRECIPITATION——HARDENING STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 本文研究了PH15-7Mo沉淀硬化不锈钢的恒温马氏体转变。得出该钢以恒温马氏体转变为主。恒温转变速度随钢的稳定化程度的加深,转变初速减缓,孕育期增长,所形成的"C"曲线右移。恒温马氏体转变图呈双"C"型曲线,两个"C"型曲线的顶点分别约为-60℃和-100℃。恒温马氏体最大形成量可达65%。低温区的相变激活能Q1780卡/克分子。高温区的"C"曲线可看作是首先是γ——ε的转变曲线,低温区的"C"曲线是直接由γ转变到α′(马氏体)的。
【Abstract】 Isothermal matensitic transformation in a PH15-7Mo precipitaion-hardening stainless steel has been studied.The authors concluded that this kind of steel is principally of isothermal martensitic transformation type.With increasing stabilized degree of the steel,the initial transformation rate retards,incubation period increases and the"C"curve formed in the isothermal transformation shifts toward right. The isothermal martensitic transformation diagram appears in forms of doublenoses, the summits of both"C"curves are about-60℃ and-100℃ respectively.The-maximum amount of martensite formed in this transformation can reach 65%.The-activation energy of phase transformation in low-temperature range is about Q 1780 cal/mol. The upper(high temperature)"C"curve may be regarded as γ→ε transformstion, while the lower(low temperature)"C"curve as that of γ→α′。
