气体激光管并联放电的稳定性
Discharge stability of gas laser tubes connected in parallel
【摘要】 本文对气体激光管单管放电的稳定性做了进一步的分析;推导了多管并联放电的稳定性条件,为折迭式气体激光器中的电源设计提供了理论依据;本文对于具有负阻特性的其他气体放电器件的并联放电也可做为参考.
【Abstract】 The conditions for discharge stability in gas laser tubes electrically connected in parallel are discussed, and the coefficient of discharge stability is given. These may provide tlleoretieal basis for designing power supplies of stable folded gas lasers, as well as a reference in designing power supplies for other discharge tubes electrically connected in parallel.
