【Abstract】 An opto-acoustic spectrometer tuned by a grating and with CO2 laser as light source has been established. The spectrometer was used to measure the absorption spectra of ethylene, butadiene, trichloroethylene, benzene, ammonia, rnethanol and N, TV-dimethyel hydraziue at the tunable CO2 laser emission wavelengths.更多还原
