【Abstract】 By using photo-preionization and corona discharge preionization simultaneously,TEA CO₂ laser of 1 atm.was operated normally without additive He gas.Experiments on life-time were made,operating lifetime of over 1×10⁶ pulses for the active gases was obtained under two different conditions.The device can be operated at a repetition rate of 20 pps with internal ciroulation and cooling of active gases.更多还原
