【摘要】 <正> 牙鲆paralichthys olivaceus(T.&S.)是我国近海习见的大型比目鱼类,在我国沿海均有分布,但以黄、渤海区较多,属动物食性鱼类。由于它肉多味美,致经济价值较高,且其生长快、回归性较强,因此可以考虑作为我国海鱼的增养殖对象之一。关于比目鲜类的人工繁殖工作,国际上对鲆、鲽鳎类有过不少研究,其中最成功的是欧洲的一种大型比目鱼一鲽pleuronecles platessa L.,在控制条件下,可在池中自行产卵受精。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the results of experiments carried out in 1965 onthe artificial reproduction and the cultivation of the flat fish. The eggs were obtained from artificially fertilized mature fish, treatedwith hormone, and induced to spawn under flowing waterconditions. The sur-vival rate of larvae reared in earthen-wares from newly hatched larvae tocompletion of metamorphosis was from 6--8%, and of those reared incement tank was from 33%. From the late postlarval stage to the juvenilethe rate was from 77--85%. The survival rateof juvenile reared in glasstank for a month was 99.3%.更多还原
