【摘要】 本文报告用外周血淋巴细培胞养,观察21例服醋酸棉酚前和11例服药后染色体的情况。分别按染色体异常与染色单体异常、间隙异常及总异常计算异常细胞数。按群体对比及自身对照分别进行统计学处理,结果P值均在0.02以上。作者认为抗生育剂量的醋酸棉酚对人体淋巴细胞染色体的畸变率无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors studied the blood lymphocyte’s chromosomes of voluntaryhealthy men, before (20 cases) and after (11 cases) taking acetate-gossypol(18 or 20 mg daily, for 50--60 days) as a contraceptive. The abnormalcell counts were made according to chromosome and chromatid aberrations,gap abnormalities and total abnormalities. All the P values of thepercentage of the above mentioned cell counts (in all the cases, comparisonbetween groups and between 10 self controls) were higher than 0.20.更多还原
