【摘要】 <正> 1949年Morrison等首先将脱落细胞方法用于鼻咽癌的检查。五十至六十年代曾有过一些报道,一般均使用活检钳夹持棉球或用长棉签擦取鼻咽部脱落细胞,例数不多,阳性率大都偏低。近十年来,国内曾进行了多种取样工具的研制,阳性率有较大提高。我院自制金属管海绵球取样器,经临床实践证明是一种较好的鼻咽部脱落细胞取样工具。本文仅就本取样器的使用价值及鼻咽细胞学阳性率与临床和病理的关系作一讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new sampler for taking exfoliated cells from nasopharyngeal mucosa is introduced.It is made up of a metal pipe,in which there is a thin rod with spring at one end and an elliptical shaped wire loop at the other, and a piece of sponge can be fixed on it. The structure and the procedure of taking exfoliated cells with such a sampler are described, and its photograph and diagram are demonstrated in this article. This instrument can be easily passed through the nasal cavity to reach the nasopharyngeal wall with accuracy. It can obtain abundant exfoliated cells from the lesion. By smears in 431 patients, the positive diagnostic rate was as high as 90.26%. Such a sampler may be adopted as an adjunct means of biopsy; it is convenient for mass screening, and advisable for those patients who are not fit for biopsy, such as postradiation reexamination, suspected NPC case, etc.更多还原
