【摘要】 <正> 1979年1月至7月,我们对2060名31岁以上的人,进行了青光眼普查,以求早期发现青光眼。在这次普查中,我们除作眼压测量外还试用周边前房深度、前房深度检查法、杯盘比等作为中筛的检查项目。并以正常人房角状态与周边前房深度的关系也作了一些初步探讨,现报告如下: 一、检查对象、程序和方法 (一)对象:2060人均为我院划区医疗范围内的职工:田1442人,女618人。其中技术干部1266人,行政干部425人,工人367人,其它2人。年龄:除7人有青光眼家族史者外均在31岁以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 A mass screening survey of 2060 cases for early glaucoma in the age group above 30 was conducted from Jan. to July in 1979. In addition to the measurement of the intraocular pressure, we also adopted some other methods, such as measuring the depth of the peripheral anterior chamber , the depth of anterior chamber , cup disc ratio of the optic nerve, for the preliminary detection of early glaucoma. It is our purpose to find out a simpler and more convenient method for this kind of survey. As a result of the mass screening survey , we have diagnosed 21 cases as primary glaucoma , with an incidence of 1.02% among them, 8 cases (0.39%) were angle-closure glaucoma and 13 cases (0.63%), openangle glaucoma. We also analyzed in this article the relation between the normal anterior chamber angle and the depth of the peripheral anterior chamber in 520 eyes and a brief discussion was given.更多还原
