【摘要】 <正> 1-对乙基苯氧基-7-乙氧基-3,7-二甲基-2-辛烯(简称JHA-738)是我国首先用于家蚕增丝的一个有效的昆虫保幼激素类似物。这类化合物的应用促进了我国养蚕事业的迅速发展。氚标记JHA-738主要用于研究其在昆虫体内的代谢、增丝机制及其残留动态,为其使用提供科学依据。 对于苯氧基萜烯醚类化合物,如6,7-环氧-1-对乙基苯氧基萜烯醚(Ⅱ)的氚标记国外采用氚水交换法和钠硼氚还原法,所得产品的比度为50～654mCi/mM。更多还原

【Abstract】 1-[α-3H2-p-ethylphenoxy]-7-ethoxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-octene was synthesized by condensation of 7-ethoxy geronyl bromide and 3H-ethylphenol. The former was prepared from geraniol as starting material through alkoKymercuration demercuration and bromi-nation, and the later was obtained by catalyzed tritium reduction of acetylphenol.
