【Abstract】 D-glucose-6-14C was prepared by chemical synthesis from 14C-barium carbonate. The yield was 18.3%, with specific activity of 4.6mCi/mM. The product was of high purity. The labeled position of 14C atom was proved by the degradation method. The stability of product in storing was also studied.更多还原
