P物质注入中缝核群的镇痛效应及其对针剌镇痛的影响

【摘要】 <正> 自1931年Von Euler和Gaddum从脑和肠组织的提取液中发现P物质以来,有关P物质体内的分布及其效应已有大量的工作,很多报导认为P物质对中枢神经系统活动有明显的影响而且与痛觉有关。在早期的工作一直认为P物质是一种强的致痛物质。

【Abstract】 Synthetic Substance P (SSP) were infused into the raphe nuclei of midbrain of the rabbits Amlgesic effect was mesurei by the animals response to K~+ stimulus on the tail. The contraction of the tail and lightly struggle response was taken as a criterion for pain tolerance threshold; The results showed that five minutes after the in(■usion of SSp (10μg/5μl) the pain tolerance threshold rose markedly and maintaincd at this level throughout the test period for 40min. (P<0.01) . An analge-1 sia effect of SSp was reported after being infused into the raphe nuclei of midbrain in conscious rabbits.
