用四甲基哌啶醇氮氧自由基化合物降低丙纶纺丝温度的研究
STUDIES ON THE LOWERING OF THE SPINNING TEMPERATURE OF POLYPROPYLENE BY ADDING OF 4-HYDROXY TETRAMETHYL-PIPERIDINE-1-OXYL
【摘要】 聚丙烯树脂中加入万分之几的2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇氮氧自由基,可改善流动性能,使纺丝温度自330°降低至280°,得断裂强度为5克/(代糸)的聚丙烯长丝。
【Abstract】 When polypropylene is compounded with 0.01%-0.1% 4-hydroxy 2,2, 6, 6-tetra-methyl-piperidine-1-oxyl, the rheological properties of the melt of polypropylene are modified, so that the temperature of spinning can be lowered from 330℃ to 280℃ and the fiber obtained has a tenacity of 5g/d.
