国外喷射冶金——钢包喷粉技术

【摘要】 钢包喷粉是七十年代发展起来的新技术、新工艺,目前世界上有40余台设备投入了工业生产。设备的主要类型有TN法(Thyssen Niederrhein)和SL法(Scandinavian Lancers)。使用的粉剂有Ca-Si、CaC2、MgO+CaO、Ca(CN)2、CaO等。TN法要求钢包内衬用白云石砌成,SL法对钢包内衬无要求(粘土砖、镁砖均可)。一般用氩气作为输送气体。经钢包喷粉处理,可使钢中S<0.002~0.005%,P<0.005%,O<0.0015%,消除MnS型夹杂,形成不易变形的钙铝尖晶石型夹杂物。从而能生产超低硫钢,低磷钢和Z向韧性优良的厚钢板等。钢包喷粉技术具有设备简单,投资少,操作费用低廉,灵活性大等优点,预计八十年代喷射冶金将得到更广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 Powder injection in ladle is a new technology developed during the seventies. Up to now more than 40 units have been used in industry around the world. The main types of equipment are TN (Thyssen Niederrhein)system and SL (Scandinavian Lancers) system. The powders used are: Ca-Si, CaC2, Mg+CaO, Ca(CN)2, CaO etc. For the TN process ladles are lined with dolomite, and for the SL process both fire clay and magnesia brick are suitable. Usually argon is used as the carrier gas.As a result of powder injection,some detrimental elements in steel can be substantially lowered such as: S to 0.002~0.005%, P to 0.005%, O to 0.0015%. MnS inclusions can be eliminated and undeformable inclusions of the spinel(CaO·Al2O3)type formed. Ultra low sulphur steel,low phosphour steels and heavy plates with superior toughness in Z direction can thus be produced. Powder injection technique has the advantages of simple equipment,low investment.low operation cost,good flexibility etc. It is estimated that injection metallurgy will find more and more use in the steelmaking industry during the eighties
