板材弯曲成型过程的弹塑性应力、应变分析
Elastic-Plastic Stress and Strain Analysis for Cold Roll Forming Processes of the Plate
【摘要】 应用矩阵分析法,按三维流动理论,对螺旋焊管的弹塑性弯曲成型过程中在板宽上产生的翘曲进行了数值计算。 在数学模型中考虑了材料及几何非线性,对塑性变形采用了山田导出的应力、应变关系式,各个变化增量既满足平衡条件又满足相容条件。 实例表明,翘曲曲线与实际相符,应力、应变分布合乎规律。
【Abstract】 According to three-dimensional flowing theory, the numerical calculation was done by using matrix analysis method for the wrap which occurs on the transverse direction of the plate in the helical welding pipes during elastic-plastic forming processes of the plate.In the mathematics pattern non linearity of meterial and geometry is considered. The stress-strain relationship derived from Yamada is adopted for plastic defomation. Every varied increment satisfies condition both of equilibrium and of compatibityThe example shows that the calculated wrapping curve agrees with the practice and stress strain corresponds with natural law.
