水稻黄矮病毒与杂交水稻黄矮病流行初析

【摘要】 <正> 水稻黄矮病是我国南方稻区的重要病毒病.它在60年代初期首见于广西、广东、云南等地.自1964年以来,先后在广东、广西、云南、贵州、湖南、湖北、福建、江西、浙江、上海、江苏、安徽等省、市、自治区发生流行.近年来在湖南、江西等地某些杂交水稻上连续危害,严重影响水稻的持续高产稳产和杂交水稻的进一步推广.经证实水稻黄矮病的介体为黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettex cincticeps Uhler)、二点黑尾叶蝉(N.impicticeps Ishiwate)和大斑黑尾叶蝉(N.apicalis Mostseh).1976年,我们鉴定水稻黄矮病毒(RYSV)系一种

【Abstract】 The electron microscopic examination of the leaves infected with yellow stunt disease from both Shanghai rice and Changsha hybrid rice (V20×LR26) conslstantly revealed that virus particles are bullet-shaped and bacilliform or in reality perhaps is bacilliform in nature. Thier size are basically similar as the virus particles reported by us previously.The rod-shaped particles measuring 250~767nm×33nm were found in crude extract preparation from diseased leaves of the hybrid rice. In the cytoplasm of the ultrathin section of diseased leaves there are rods and membrane-like structures which seem to be inclusion bodies shaping rounds and rhombuses. There still exist rod-shaped virus-like particles showing regular crystalliod arrays and also distributing singly or irregularly in salivary glands of Changsha rice green leafhopper infected. The shortest length of the particles are 100~200nm, the longest 1350nm, most of them in between 400~650nm, and thier diameters are about 25~40nm. We have found helical and bundle-like structure in salivary glands of infected and virus free leafhoppers from Changsha, Hangzhou and Guangzhou district, but never saw such kind of particles of crystalliod arrays as mentioned above. It is necessary to study intensively and identify accurately, if these rod-shaped particles are inmature viruses or another kinds viruses. Consideringthe generality of distribution of the yellow stunt disease of hybrid rice from Hunan province and alibi, we preliminary analyses the relationships between rice yellow stunt disease based on assumptions on different factors including virus infections both apparent and inapprent in nature. It seems to show that the occurence and epidemic of yellow stunt disease associated with the infective agent in inapparent of hybrid variety of male sterile germplasm. In order to study the increase of production of hybrid rice and control the virus disease principlely. It is important to make further investigation from the standpoint of cytoplasmic male sterilily, in connection With virus infection in different manner.
