合成纤维表面形态结构的电子显微镜研究
ELECTRON-MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION OF THE SURFACE MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF THE SYNTHETIC FIBRES
【摘要】 使用透射式电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了不同后处理的聚酰胺纤维表面形态、聚丙烯腈纤维卷曲区域形态及其断裂面形态。讨论了各种试样形态结构的特征。认为在纺丝和牵伸之间加以汽蒸,能使聚酰胺纤维表面变得粗糙,从而减低了它的摩擦系数;某聚丙烯腈纤维比通常的这类纤维有较低的原纤间分子结合力,这造成了该纤维卷曲处理后强力显著降低;文章在最后部分讨论了本实验所用两种电子显微镜技术的适用场合。
【Abstract】 The surface morphology of polyamide fibers, the morphological structure of the crimp region and the fracture morphology of the polyacrylonitrile fibers have been observed by using the transmission electron microscope and the scanning electron microscope. The characteristics of morphological structure of each specimen have been discussed. It is mentioned that if a process of steaming is added between the processes of spinning and stretching, the surface of the polyamide fibers would be rougher, and hence their friction coefficient would be decreased. It was observed that certain polyacrylonitrile fibers had lower molecular binding forces between the fibrils than ordinary polyacrylonitrile fibers, and this caused a marked deesease of the strength of such fibers after the crimping process. Finally, the article deals with the applicability of the two kinds of electron microscopy used in the experiment.
