关于平辊轧制压力的计算公式
A STUDY ON FORMULAS TO CALCULATE ROLLING PRESSURE
【摘要】 本文按如下的出发点导出轧制压力的计算公式:(1)以平面压缩过程代替轧制过程;(2)接触面按不同摩擦规律分区;(3)采用非主轴坐标系的形状变形能塑性条件;(4)近似估计纵向应力σ_x沿板厚不均匀分布对轧制压力的影响。导出的计算公式可用于计算冷轧板带和热轧中、薄板的轧制压力。
【Abstract】 The formulas to calculate rolling pressure have been derived on following assumptions: (1) flat compression instead of flat rolling adopted; (2) contacting area following friction rules divided into different regions; (3) energy of distortion condition of plasticity (nonprincipal axes) considered with accu-racy; (4) the nonhomogeneous distribution of longitudinal normal stress σx along the thickness of plate, which exerts an influence on the rolling pressure, estimated approximately.Even when sheets and strips are in cold-rolling, the accuracy of rolling pressure may be still improved in some extent (esp for the case of a greater friction factor) due to the adoption of the formula that derived according to the assumptions (3) and (4) as above. It is expressed as eq.(26)As to hot-rolling, the friction condition has to be considered. It would be unsuitable for applying Sims’ formula indiscriminately supposing that the complete sticking between metal and roll occurs in any case. Quite a large error would take place while taking no account of friction condition, esp for higher mill speed and smoother surface of rolls because of the occurrence of complete sliding with so small friction factor. Whereas a compound frictional state would occur for the friction factor be increasing slightly. Thus, following formulas adopted.with complete sticking, formula (23)with complete sliding, formula (21)and with compound (medium) state, formula (20) Formulas of the mean pressure presented above are rather slmpie in form and may be applied to calculate rolling pressure in practice.
