分析撞击凿入系统受力状态的电算法

【摘要】 本文在文献[1]的基础上,根据差分原理,提出了包括撞击面有非线性局部变形和凿入岩石过程在内的各种边界条件下的一维应力波波动方程的差分计算公式。对三段式活塞、三段式钎杆(或钻头)的凿入系统编写了一个通用的电算程序。(本文附有关的程序框图)。通过改变输入的参变量数值,可获得各种凿入系统中任意截面处的各力学参量和应力波形。

【Abstract】 On the basis of literature[1], the aim here is to present a calculabe one-dimentional stress wave equation in the form of difference under all the conditions, as a mathematical model, involved with the nonlinear partial deformation on striken surface and the rock penetrating procedure being taken into consideration, A [eneral computer program applicable to analyze and to calculate the stress state of impact penetration system composed of a three segmented piston and a three segmented rod and/or bit has been programmed and the relevant flowchart here suggested.Mechanical parameters concerned and curves of stress wave on any section of various impact penetration systems would be obtained by chang ingthe values of input variables.
