面心立方金属结晶取向转变的新模型
A NEW MODEL FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF CRYSTAL ORIENTATION IN FACE-CENTRED CUBIC METALS
【摘要】 本文提出一个面心立方金属中晶体取向转变的模型。依据这一模型,若在这{102}平面上有2/3的原子有规则地移动±1/6<211>a的距离,而其余原子停留在原位上不动,则晶体的取向将发生变化,此新取向可以描述为围绕基体的<102>轴旋转48°。用此模型解释了Ni-Fe软磁合金及铜中二次再结晶的某些实验结果。
【Abstract】 A model for the transformation of Crystal orientation in face-centred cubic metals has been proposed here. According to this model, if two-thirds of the atoms in the {102} plane move regularly to a distance ±1/6<211)α and the rest is kept still, the orientation of crystals will be transformed into such a new orientation as it may be descrbied by a rotation of 48° about the <102>xis of matrix. Some expermental results of secondary recrystallization in Ni-Fe soft magnetic alloys or in coppers would be explained appropriately by this model,
