丙烯聚合载体高效催化剂的研究 Ⅰ.研磨和真空热处理对催化剂结构和性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了MgCl2-C6H5COOC2H5-TiCl4载体催化剂的制备过程和结构对丙烯聚合的活性和等规的影响。无水MgCl2与苯甲酸乙酯共研磨生成MgCl2·C6H5COOC2H5表面络合物。无水MgCl2经真空热处理可以增加载体的结晶度、提高载体催化剂的活性和定向度。实验表明载体催化剂的定向度与载体结晶度有关,并随结晶度增加而增加。

【Abstract】 Influences of the process of preparation and the structure of supported MgCl2-CaH5COOC2H5-TiCl4 catalyst on their activity and stereospecificity for propylene polymerization have been studied. The anhydrous -MgCl2 used as support was co-ground with ethyl benzoate in a vibratory mill, and a surface complex of MgCl2.C6H5COOC2H5 which plays an important role in the formation of stereospecific polypropylene was formed, when anhydrous MgCl2 was treated by heat in vaccum, its crystallinity increased and thus resulted in a supported catalyst of improved activity and stereospecificity. It was shown that the stereospecificity of the supported catalysts depends on the crystallinity of support, and increases with the increasing of crystallinity.
