【Abstract】 The rat brains of morphine or acupuncture tolerance were homogenized in 0.1N aceticacid. The homogenates were isolated by Bio--Gel P4 and sephadex G-10 column and purifiedby TCT and DNS-SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The brain extracts containedsome components with anti-opiate activity evidenced by bioassay with guinea--pig ileum andopiate receptor binding assay in vitro. Anti-opiats activity was destructed by incubationwith pronase indicating that the substance may be peptide in nature and further evidenceshowed that it may contain about 10 amino-acids.更多还原
