【摘要】 <正> 1971年我国卫生工作者发现,中药姜半夏对大鼠实验性矽肺有明显疗效。进一步的研究认为,姜半夏炮制过程中应用的明矾（K2SO4·Al2（SO4）3·24 H2O,硫酸钾铝复盐）是姜半夏治疗实验性矽肺的有效成份,但动物实验表明明矾有相当的毒性。国外用铝及其化合物防治矽肺的研究已有几十年的历史。金属铝粉虽早已

【Abstract】 Soluble Aluminium Gitrate Complex is a potential anti-silicosis drug with low toxicity.The clew for the development of this drug is related concisely. The procedure and the opti-mum pH condition for the synthesis of Aluminium Citrate Complex, which is a substoichio-metric compound with the composition Al:Cit>1:1, are reported.
