【摘要】 本文报导用冻干致敏羊红细胞进行囊虫病间接血凝平板微量试验检查囊虫病113例及其他疾病和健康对照共196例的结果,同时与一般间接血凝和补体结合试验进行了平行对比观察,发现本法具有下述主要优点;(1)灵敏度高,检出率高达95.6％。在100例囊虫病的三种方法平行对比观察中,两种间接血凝法检出率为98％,超过补体结合试验(91％),而冻干间接血凝效价高于一般间接血凝试验。(2)特异性较强,肝吸虫病25例,棘球蚴病1例,脑瘤19例,胸膜结核1例,健康人150例均未出现阳性反应。(3)血清用量少,每次试验只需样品25微升(可用耳血或指血)。(4)操作简单,反应快速,一小时内即可报告结果。(5)保存时间长,抗原致敏的羊红细胞冻干后保存,一年后效价仍稳定不减。鉴于以上优点,我们建议由生物制品部门批量生产供应基层医疗防治单位应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sheep red blood cells(SRBC), treated with tannic acid and glutaralde-hyde were sensitized with cysticercus fluid antigen, lyophilized and stored in ampoules at 4℃. Using such lyophilized sensitized SRBC a passive he-magglutination reaction on polystyrene plates was developed for the diagnosis of cysticercosis. Serum samples from 113 cases of cysticercosis and 196 cases of other diseases and normal controls were examined. A comparison was made of this reaction in parallel with an ordinary passive hemaggluti-nation reaction and a complement fixation test. It was found that the he-magglutination reaction posseses the following advantages:1) High sensitivity with a postive rate of 95.6% in. proved cases of cysticercosis. Comparison of the three tests among 100 cases showed a higher positive rate by the two hemagglutination tests(98%)than the complement fixation test(91%), the hemagglutination test using lyophilized sensitized SRBC usually giving a higher titer than the ordinary hemagglutination reaction. 2) High specificity. There was no cross reaction in 25 cases of clo-norchiasis, 1 case of echinococcosis, 19 cases of brain tumor and 1 case of tuberculous pleurisy and there was no false positive reaction in 150 healthy subjects.3 ) Only 25 μ1 of serum are needed for each test , and so blood from earlobe and finger tips can be used.4) Performance is simple and endpoint can be read within 1 hour.5) The lyophilized sensitized SRBC can be kept for more than one year without loss of activity.更多还原
