【Abstract】 A case of acute anterior septal myocardial infarction associated with complete A-V block was reported. 25 repeated attacks of Adams-Stokes syndrome occured in the case. Combined emergency treatment including intracardiac pacemaker, anti-arrhythmia and procedures for reducing the infarcted area were applied under patient monitoring system for 10 days. Patient was survived and the general condition was good with a normal cardiac function.After 32 days hospitalization, patient was discharged.更多还原
