【摘要】 一、将Wybran氏的a-ERFC检测法改进为微量全血法,所得的正常值为26.44±1.26%,与原法之值极近似。二、67例不同种类的癌症患者的a-ERFC计数在正常范围之内。早期胃癌患者之a-ERFC值虽略低(21.92±4.56),但与正常值之间并无显著差异(P>0.2)。三、对a-ERFC检测的意义进行了讨论,认为目前尚难做出关于早期癌症患者a-ERFC减低的最终结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wybran’s method of quantitating a-ERFG was employed with some modification using whole blood: The mean value in normal individual was 26.44±1.26% which was similar to that of Wybran’s reports.The a-ERFC count of 67 patients with various kinds of cancer was in normal range. There was no significant difference in a-ERFC between patients with early stomach cancer and normal subjects (P>0.2), though the value of the former (21.924±4.56%) seemed slightly lower.The significance of the a-ERFC assay was discussed.
