【摘要】 本工作用复方白蛇酒及外源性cAMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌进行比较实验,通过实验观察到该复方制剂和外源性3’,5’-cAMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞的增殖均有显著的抑制作用,癌细胞增殖受到抑制的同时,癌细胞内3’,5’-cAMP含量显著提高;控制cAMP水平的3’,5’-cAMP磷酸二酯酶(PDE)活性受到抑制。该复方之所以能提高癌细胞内cAMP水平可能是由于细胞内3’,5’-cAMP-PDE.活性受到抑制所致。本工作进一步将该复方组分的两部份(六味中草药和蟾蜍酒)与原复方白蛇洒分别进行实验比较,观察到前两组癌细胞内3’,5’-cAMP水平和3’,5’-cAMP-PDE的活性均未看到显著变化,本工作可为中医临床用药和疗效机理提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment were carried out in young adult albino mice. which were injected with Ehrlich ascites tumor ceils to produce Ehrlich ascites tumor and divided into 3 groups: first group of these animals was injected intraperitoneolly 0.2 ml. of our preparation of the water extract of a mixture of six kinds of Chinese medical herbs. At the same time, these animals were also given 0.3 c. c. of diluted alcohol extract of whole toads every other day until 8 dayS. Second group of mice received cAMP and aminophylline for same period. Third group of mice received saline as control.We found that this Chinese medical compositus could inhibit the growth of Ehrlich tumor cells in the ascitic fluid as well as the administration of cAMP together with aminophylline. The higher the concentration of cAMP, the lower the rate of the growth of the tumor cells. It also elevated the intraeellular concentration of cAMP, and inhibited the activity of 3’5’ cAMP-PDE. These results indicate that the effect of this kind of Chinese medical compositus may serve to modulate the level of CAMP by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, since the effect was showed just as a posent inhibitor of this enzyme,更多还原
