不同分子结构的取代苯基N-甲氨基甲酸酯类药物对蜚蠊第Ⅵ腹神经节突触传递的影响
The Effect of Molecular Structure of Substitued phenyl N-carbamates on Synaptic Transmission of the VI Abdominal Ganglion of the Cockroach
【摘要】 取代苯基N-甲氨基甲酸酯类药物的抗胆碱酯酶能力与影响蜚蠊第Ⅵ腹神经节突触传递效力间存在平行关系。这表明乙酰胆碱在昆虫突触传递中具有生理意义。药物的结构不同对突触传递作用的程度亦不同。在苯环上引入取代基均使对突触传递的影响加强:引入甲基,以间位化合物效力最强;引入二甲基,以3,5-二甲基化合物效力最强。
【Abstract】 There is a parallel correlation between the activity of phenyl N-methyl carba-mates on anti-cholinesterase and on synaptic transmission of the Ⅵth abdominal ganglion of the cockroach, indicating the physiological significance of acetylcholine in the synaptic transmission of the insect. The different molecular structures of these compounds produce different degree of action on synaptic transmission. While a sub-stituent is introduced in the phenyl ring of the carbamates, the effect on the synaptic transmission is increased. When a methyl group is introduced, the M-methyl phenyl N-carbamate is very effective. On introducing dimethyl group, the 3, 5-dimethyl phenyl N-carbamate is even more potent.
