抗心梗合剂对人血红细胞膜ATP酶活性和小白鼠血浆及心肌中cAMP含量的影响

【Abstract】 In recent years,the affiliated hospitals of The Academy of Traditional Chinese Me- dicine and The College of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine have made up a prescription of anti-myocardial-infarction-mixture acco- rding to the treating principles of activat- ing the circulation of blood,removing blood stasis;and reinforcing vital energy,nouri- shing vital essence.On application of this prescription to acute myocardial infarction, good results have been obtained in relieving the symptoms and lowering the mortality rate.In order to study further the phar- macological effects of this mixture,three composing ingredients which are effective in activating the blood circulation,removing blood stasis and another three composing in- gredients which are effective in reinforcing vital energy,nourishing vital essence were prepared as solutions for injection,namely 109A and 109B respectively. Investigations have been made to observe the effects of these drugs on health human RBC membrane ATPase activity and the content of 3’5’ cAMP in mice plasma and myocardium tissue. The experimental results show:109A can obviously inhibit RBC membrane ATPase in healthy person,the larger the dose,the stronger the action.The water extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Paeonia obovata expresses the most obvious inhibition. 109A can markedly increase the con- tent of mice plasma cAMP but only tends to slightly increase the cAMP content of mice myocardium. Preliminary assumption,The effects of regulating the blood coagulation and fibri- nolytic system by the 109A so as to improve the function of coronary circulation,a drug for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,may possibly be brought about through the action of activating the adeny- late cyclase to promote the formation of cAMP,inhibiting RBC membrane ATPase and adjusting the consumption of ATP.
