【Abstract】 During 1974-1977, the anther cultures of male sterility plants or line and "three line-hybrid" were studied. The progenies of pollen plant derived from anther of sterility-line and "three line-hybrid" wer. carefully observed and their test crosses to male sterility-line (?) were also made. The results were as. follows:1. The anther culture of two types of male sterility lines and a male sterility plant showed that the male sterility line whose pollen aborted after the late stage of single nucleus could normaly be induced into pollen plantlet. The frequencies of callus formation and of regeneration into pollen plantlet in "three line hybrid" were higher than those of the common hybrid and variety.2. It was rather effective to take the advantage of pollen plant for screening the restorer line of male sterile line. The writers indicated that a new "three lines" could be more quickly established if we combined the "three lines" breeding with the anther culture.3. The test crosses to male steril line with pollen plant lines derived from and-rogenesis were made. The results were temporarily difficult to be interpreted with the male sterile theory of cytoplasmic-nucleus interaction. The writers considered that the pollen plant lines derived from anther culture of "three line-hybrid" were suitable for genetics of "three lines" and heterosis researching.4. The pollen-plant-lines derived from "three line-hybrid" and their yield were also similar with the original "three line-hybrid" under the same culturing conditions. The authors pointed out that the research concerning heterosis by means of anther culture would not only play an important role in utilization of heterosis but also in researching genetic principles of "three liues" and heterosis.更多还原
