碱性无氰镀锌中某些表面活性剂的吸附行为
The Adsorption Behavior of Some Surfactants in Alkaline Non-cyanide Zinc Plating
【摘要】 用载波扫描法研究3N NaOH溶液中某些表面活性剂,例如DE、DIE、DPE、EQD、GT-1、NJ-45、三乙醇胺和茴香醛,在单晶锌电极和滴汞电极上的吸附行为。讨论了实验结果。指出单晶锌电极对于上述表面活性剂的吸附行为与滴汞电极不同,而且发现吸附性强弱顺序分别为 在单晶锌电极上:GT-1>EQD>DPE>DE、DIE>NJ-45 在滴汞电极上:EQD>NJ-45>DPE>DE、DIE、GT-1
【Abstract】 The adsorption behavior of some surfactants, e. g., DE, DIE, DPE, EQD, GT-1, NJ-45, triethanolamine and anisaldehyde, in 3 N NaOH solution on single crystal zinc electrode and dropping mercury electrode was investigated by means of carrier wave voltage sweep method. Experimental results are discussed. It is indicated that the adsorption behavior of the surfactants described above on single crystal zinc electrode is different from that on dropping mercury electrode, and it is found that their adsorption activities in sequence are as following respectively: on single crystal electrode:GT-1>EQD>DPE>DE,DIE>NJ-45 on dropping mercury electrode:EQD>NJ-45>DPE>DE, DIE,GT-1.
