硫化镉多晶的光电导
Photoconductivity of CdS Polycrystals
【摘要】 本交简述制备压缩型 CdS 多晶光导管的方法.在 Rose 的光电导普遍理论的基础上,对以氯和铜作为杂质的 CdS 光敏电阻的敏化机构作了分析.铜受主中心中的空穴的离化能随着铜浓度的增加而下降,根据这一事实,本文对杂质铜的浓度对所观察 CdS 主要性质的影响进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 This paper describes briefly a method of preparation of compressed CdS polycrystal photo- conductive cells.Under the general theory of photoconductivity proposed by Rose,mechanism of sensitization is analysed more definitely in the case of CdS photoconductors in which chlo- rine and copper serve as impurities.It is known that the ionization energy of the hole in a copper acceptor center is lower as the concentration of copper increases;by this experimental result,the effects of the concentration of copper impurities on the observed principal properties of CdS are discussed in detail.
