【摘要】 从新疆克拉玛依油田土壤中分离到一株C₇酵母,经鉴定属于球拟酵母（Torulopsis）,但不同于该属内所描述的各个种。它不同化纤维二糖和L-阿戊糖,对石油一些馏份脱蜡效果好,定名为脱蜡球拟酵母（Tosulopsis deparaffina n.sp.）。该菌对300-400℃馏份油（正烷烃含量为5.60%）发酵50小时,油凝点由+4.5℃降至-53℃,发酵70小时降至-60℃;每公斤原料油（正烷烃含量为8.87%）可收获精制干酵母5.42克。更多还原

【Abstract】 A strain of G₇ yeast, isolated fromthe soil of Karamay oil-field in Xinjiang,was identified as a Torulopsis,but it isdifferent from any other described spe-eies of the genus. It does not assimilatecellobiose and L-arabinose, and is veryeffective for deparaffining certain distil-led fraction of petroleum. It is nomina-ted as Torulopsis deparaffinan. sp. The freezing point of 300-400℃fraction petroleum （n-paraffins content5.60%）was dropped from +4.5℃ to-53℃ after fermentation with this strainfor 50 hours, and to -60℃ after 70hours. The yield of refined dry yeastwas 5.42 g per liter of petroleum used asraw material （n-paraffins content 8.87%）.更多还原
