脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌血清学分群的研究 Ⅰ.新血清群的研究
STUDIES ON THE SEROLOGICAL GROUPING OF NEISSERIA MENINGITIDIS Ⅰ.INVESTIGATIONS ON NEW SERO-GROUPS
【摘要】 用细菌凝集吸收试验和间接血凝试验的方法,对于我国的不与脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌 A、B、C、D群分群诊断血清凝集的菌株进行了研究,建立了我国7个新的血清群。抗原分析证实,这些菌群是完全不同的。用代表菌株的菌号命名为1889群、1890群、1892群、319群、1916群、1486群、1811群。这些新的血清群约占从带菌者鼻咽部所分离菌株的15%左右。1916群是从病人血液及带菌者鼻咽部分离检出,其余菌群都是从带菌者鼻咽部检出。1889群、1892群、319群、1916群为常见菌群,1890群、1486群、1811群则较少见。
【Abstract】 By employing bacterial agglutination- absorption and indirect hemagglutination tests,the authors have carried out some studies concerning certain meningococcus strains,isolated in China,which are no- nagglutinable with the diagnostic grouping sera A,B,C,D of Neisseria meningitidis. Through an anlysis of serological spe- cificity,it has been tentatively proposed that the strains of N.miningitidis so far isolated from this country can be divided into 7 rew serotypes,which have been clearly proved to be antigenically different from the classical groups A,B,C,D and from one another. With regard to the problem of nome- nclature for these new serogroups, it is suggested to use the numbers of the re- presentative strains for the respective serological groups,i.e.groups 1889,1890, 1892,319,1916,1484,1811. Up to the present,most of the new group strains have been isolated from na- sopharyngeal carriers,amounting to about 15%.Among these,strains of groups 1892,319 and 1916 were more frequently found.Furthermore,the strains of the last group have also been recovered from specimens of patients suffering from cere- brospinal meningitis.With the introduc- tion of these new groupings,it is possible to classify the vast majority of meningo- coccus strains now isolated in China.
