【摘要】 采用形态、生化、血清学的方法对国外引种的13株已知菌和本国51株未知菌进行了变种的分型研究。结果表明:苏云金芽孢杆菌（Bacillus thuringiensis）作为有益的细菌资源在我国分布较广。51株菌中属于血清型 H₁苏云金芽孢杆菌苏云金变种（Bacillus thuringiensisvar.thuringiensis）有11株,血清型H_5a-5b苏云金芽孢杆菌蜡螟变种（B.thur.var.galleriae）31株,血清型 H_4A-4B苏云金芽孢杆菌松蠋变种（B.thur.var.dendrolimus）3株,血清型H_4a一4c苏云金芽孢杆菌肯尼亚变种（B.thur.var.kenyae）5株,同时发现血清型H_8a苏云金芽孢杆菌玉米螟变种（B.thur.var.ostriniae）一株。玉米螟变种不同于该菌群的已知菌株,认为是一个新变种。实践证明,利用血清学抗原抗体具有高度特异性的凝集反应来鉴别苏云金芽孢杆菌变种,简便,快速,准确。而该群噬菌体却不能作为区分变种的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present work deals with the classification of 51 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis isolated in China;and mor- phologica,biochemical and serological comparisons have been made with 13 introduced known verieties comprising 9 serotypes.As a resource the B.thuring- iensis group in our country can be re- garded multifarous.Among the 51 strains studied 11 belong to Serotype H₁,B.thur- ingiensis var.thuringiensis;31 belong to Serotype H_5a-5b,B.thuringiensis var. galleriae;3 belong to Serotype H_4a-4b, B.thuringiensis var.dendrolimus ;and 5 belong to Serotype H_4a-4c,B.thuring- iensis var.kenyae.A new variety belong- ing to Serotype H_8a was discovered which is now nominated B.thuringiensis var. ostriniae.It is also recognized that the phages of this group cannot be used as a criterion for classification.更多还原
