枣疯叶内游离氨基酸纸层析的研究

【摘要】 枣树感染枣疯病毒后的叶内游离氨基酸的变化,无论在量上或种类上远比一些草本植物感染病毒后所引起的变化剧烈得多。枣疯叶内多种游离氨基酸的浓度几乎在整个枣生长季节内大量持续增高,病叶游离氨基酸的总量高出健叶约10—15倍,谷酰胺和天门冬酰胺高出健叶4—5倍。病叶内精氨酸也不正常的积累,而健叶很少有精氨酸出现。特别值得注意的是病叶中含有健叶所没有的A和B两种物质。初步分析这两种物质可能是由5—6种氨基酸所组成。酸枣叶内的A、B在270毫微米有吸收高峰。疯枝上表面看来是"正常"的叶片也有类似的不正常变化,可见枣树感染枣疯病毒后病叶的代谢受到严重干扰。

【Abstract】 Paper chromatographic determina-tions showed that the changes of free aminoacids and amides in jujube leaves (Zizy-phus jujuba and Z. spinosus), infectedby jujube witch’s broom virus (JWBV),were qualitatively and quantitatively quiteevident and steady, in contrast with someherbaceous host-virus combinations. Almost during the whole growingseason, the total amounts of free aminoacids and amides in the infected jujubeleaves were much higher approximately10--15 times than those in the healthyleaves. A steady increase of serine, al-anine, valine, asparatic acid, glutamicacid, especially arginine, glutamine andasparagine was noted; glutamine and as-paragine were 4--5 times higher. In addition, two substances, A and B,were found only in the infected leaves ofboth species. Preliminary analysis showedthat these substances might consist of 5--6amino acids each. These substances fromZ. spinosus showed a maximum ultravioletabsorption at 270mμ. The accumulation of amino acids,amides and the presence of two sub-stances in "normal-looking" leaves oninfected branches indicated that the effectof JWBV infection on host metabolism isfar beyond the virus-bearing leaves.
