Mima 和 B.anitratum菌的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 最近发现一些革兰氏阴性球杆菌,不同于大肠杆菌属细菌,经常从临床病人标本或其他标本中分离出来。我们选择了30株进行了研究,其中14株为B.anitratum细菌,特性是分解1%乳糖迟缓,在需氧状态下分解1%葡萄糖,不能还原硝酸盐成亚硝酸盐,24小时肉汤培养,腹腔注射小白鼠,24小时內全部死亡;另外16株菌,根据所显示的特性为Mima细菌,该菌在多数情况下不分解糖类,与粪产碱杆菌的区別是无动力、无氧化酶及不产碱全部菌株对小白鼠不致病。这两组细菌对青霉素几乎全部耐药,对四圜素、多粘菌素敏感,对常用消毒剂如来苏儿、龙胆紫、升汞、福尔马林敏感。以上这些观察结果对于临床应用有着重要意义。

【Abstract】 Recently,a number of Gram-negative cocco-bacilli,not related to the B.coli group,has beenrepcatedly isolated from specimens of clinical casesof various types.Among these,30 strains wereselected for study,and it was found that they couldbe divided into 2 groups.Fourteen of these showedthe characteristics usually attributed to B.anitratum,as they eventually decomposed 10% lactose as wellas 1% glucose under aerebic conditions.Theyalso failed to reduce nitrate to nitrite.All thesestrains were found to be virulent for mice,whenas little as 0.25 ml of 24 hours broth culture,givenintraperitoneally,killed mice in 24 hours.On theother hand, 16 strains of these showed the charac-teristics of what is now known as Mima group,asthey failed to decompose sugar under any conditions.They also differed from Alkaligenes fecalis in lackof motility,failure to form oxidase and of alkali.All of the latter were non-virulent for mice.Itis interesting to note that while some strains ofboth groups were relatively resistant to penicillinor to bacitracin but sensitive to tetracycline,orpolymyxin,they were completely sensitive to thecommonly employed disinfectants,such as lysol,gentian violet,mercuric bichloride and formalin.The significance of these findings in relation toclinical application was briefly discussed.
