【摘要】 <正> 筒线虫 Gongylonema 属的线虫经报告的有数种,寄生于各种哺乳动物,如野猪、家猪、牛、印度牛、绵羊、山羊、骆驼、马、驴、鼠、刺猬及人等。另有一种寄生于鸡。寄生于人的报告迄至1949年至少有病案11人。分布于美洲、欧洲、乌克兰及新西兰。近来又自锡兰岛报告1人,保加利亚报告3人。我国除在台湾的鸡发现有 G.ingluricola Ransom,1904年外,尚无人的病案报告。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper reports a detailed morphological study of two male wormsof Gongylonema from two female Chinese human cases respectively of 22 and 26years of age and of Hunan and Honan origin.We believe these are the firstcases being reported from this country.Of the two male worms,judging from thecondition of the testicles,one is mature while the other is immature.Thespecimens are poorly preserved,and there is a considerable amount of shrinkage,but they are still good enough for certain detailed studies.The main measurements are shown in the following:Measurements Hunan specimen Honan specimenTotal length 23.9 mm 21.5 mmBody breadth 0.02 mm 0.16 mmExtent of bosses 0.64 mm 0.83 mmPosition of cervical papillae 0.13 mm 0.10 mmLength of cervical alae 0.45 mm 0.77 mmLength of pharynx 43.00 μ 45.00 μ Muscular oesophagus 0.45 mm 0.45 mmGlandular oesophagus 4.00 mm 3.91 mmNerve ring 0.24 mm 0.24 mmLeft caudal ala 0.70 mm 0.56 mmRight caudal ala 0.55 mm 0.45 mmSpicule,left 14.06 mm 11.30 mmSpicule,right 0.15 mm 0.13 mmGubernaculum,length 0.10 mm 0.07 mmTail 0.30 mm 0.77 mmThe pediculated preanal papillae in the Honan specimen are assymetrical,being 5 on the left and 4 on the right side,while those in the Hunan specimen(the mature specimen) are 6 on either side.The post anal papillae are 4 pairsin both specimens.The cervical alae in both specimens appear as if they werefestooned,but they are due to shrinkage.The two spicules are extremely dissimilar,the left being long and slender,while the right is short and broad.The gubernaculum is elongated;the basalportion is boat shaped for the passage of the long spicule,while the distalportion is expanded flat scoop-like in appearance for the conduction of the shortbroad spicule.On the head there are two distinct lateral lips which show indication of 3lobes each bearing a papilla.There are also a dorsal and a ventral accessary lip,each of which also bears a papilla.Outside the lips is a "collar" or rim,outsidecf which is another circle of 8 papillae two on each submedian corner of dorsaland ventral sides and two amphids one on each of the lateral sides.The two specimens from the two human cases are diagnosed as Gongylonemapulchrum Molin 1857,which is a common parasite in the oesophageal mucosa ofcattle in Peking.更多还原
