夏季高溫作业工人水盐代謝情况的初步报告

【摘要】 <正> 在高温下劳动,发汗是調节体温的主要方式。可是随着大量的汗液排出,使机体損失很多的水份及盐份,因此适当的給予补充是非常重要的。然究竟补充多少及如何补充,对此間題各国的学者意見不一致。例如H.L·Taylor(1943年)O認为对一个高温作业者一天內供給17—20克氯化鈉就够了,多供給(30克)并无甚益处。弗·格·达尔道夫主張一天內需供給20—30克氯化鈉。J·W·Conn(1949)。認为对高温已适应的作业者正常进盐量(12克左右)就够了,用不着額外补充。此外,某些苏联学者(M·E

【Abstract】 The water and salt metabolism of 62 steel workers was studied. .During the working period of eight hours one lost averagely 5500 ml. of sweat and 15 grams of sodium chloride from the sweat. Besides, large nxt amount of potassium was eliminated daily from the sweat (613mg.) and urine(215mg.). The water deficiency during the working period may be replaced freely according to one’s thirst sensation) special drinking regime is not necessary.Salt intake from food(23 gms.in average)can keep the balance Practically within 24 hours.Dxg During the working period it is best to supply 0.1%-0.15% Nacl solution additionally,if the sweat is more than 5 liters. Besides, enough amount of potassium also should be supplied.
