刺激中脑中缝核对丘脑束旁核痛敏细胞放电的影响及其在针刺镇痛中的意义

【摘要】 <正> 近年来一些关于针刺镇痛神经原理的研究工作表明,脑内5-羟色胺(5-HT)和中缝核群在针刺镇痛中可能起着重要作用,但它们通过什么途径,作用于什么部位以实现针刺镇痛效应,仍不清楚。从形态学看,中脑中缝核(中缝背核中央核)主要发出上行纤维投射到间脑(包括丘脑束旁核)和端脑,而延髓中缝核群的神经元主要向下投射

【Abstract】 This study presents data showing that electrical stimulation of the midbrainraphe nuclei of rabbits had a marked inhibitory effect upon the discharges ofthe pain sensitive cells in the nucleus parafascicularis(PF)of thalamus.Similarresults were obtained by stimulating the nucleus reticularis tegmenti of midbrainand by ventricular injection of 5-hydroxytryptamine.The inhibitory effect per-sisted after section of the dorsal half part of spinal cord.This strongly suggestedthat the inhibitory effect could be solely mediated by ascending projections fromthe midbrain raphe nuclei.The pain discharges of PF neurons could also be inhibited by electricneedling of the Hegu(合谷),point,After the dorsal half of the spinal cordwas cut,the inhibitory effect due to the needling was diminished and theinhibitory after-effect following the termination of the needling.These resultsindicated that the descending inhibitory influence via the dorsolateral funiculiplayed a role in the inhibitory effect of acupuncture on the discharges of thepain sensitive cells in thalamus.
