【摘要】 我们用¹²⁵I标记 LH-RH,观察了大剂量的 LH-RH 在大鼠体内的分布。自一侧颈外静脉注入0.2毫升的¹²⁵I-LH-RH（大约20微克,14—18微居里）,对照注射等量相应放射活性的 Na¹²⁵I。3分钟后,断头处死,立即取肝、肾、心肌、卵巢、子宫、回肠及骨胳肌等组织,并开颅取垂体、松果腺、下丘脑及大脑皮质等。分别秤重及消化后,测各组织的放射活性。结果表明,放射活性不仅高度集中于垂体,也明显地集中于肝、肾、卵巢及心肌等垂体外的组织。这提示,某些垂体外的组织,特别是卵巢也选择性地摄取外源注入的大剂量的 LH-RH。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following intravenous administration of ¹²⁵I-LH-RH（about 20 μg,14-18μci）,the radioactivity of various organs was determined in rats.The control animalswere injected with Na ¹²⁵I of the same radioactivity.After 3 minutes,the ratswere sacrificed by decapitation.The liver,kidney,cardiac muscles,ovary,uterus,ileum,skeletal muscles,hypophysis,pineal body,hypothalamus and cerebral cortexwere immediately removed and separately weighed and digested.The radioac-tivity was counted in the various organs.It was found that the radioactivity of ¹²⁵I-LH-RH was not only highly con-centrated in the hypophysis,but also markedly concentrated in some other organs,such as the liver,kidney,ovary,cardiac muscles and so on.The results indicatedthat exogenous high dose of LH-RH could be selectively taken up by some extra-pituitary tissues.更多还原
