吗啡灌流第三脑室及导水管前段的镇痛效应

【摘要】 <正>吗啡从戊巴比妥钠轻度麻醉猫的侧脑室或第三脑室灌入,经第三脑室及导水管前段后流出而不经过第四脑室即可有效地阻断电刺激隐神经引起的嘶叫反应。若吗啡从一侧侧脑室灌入,其拮抗剂丙烯吗啡从另一侧侧脑室灌入,在侧脑室水平二药不相遇而在第三脑室汇合并流经导水管前段后流出,则镇痛效应不出现。因此本文再一次证明第三脑室及导水管前段周围灰质是吗啡镇痛有效作用部位。

【Abstract】 Vocalization,induced by saphenous nerve stimulation in cats under lightnembutal anesthesia,can be effectively blocked by morphine perfusing the thirdventricle and the rostral part of the aqueduct but bypassing the fourth ventricle,indicating that the linings of the ventricular system below lateral ventricles andabove the fourth ventricle are effective site of morphine analgesic action.When morphine and its antagonist nalorphine are simultaneously introducedseparately into the left and the right lateral ventricles and eventually converge inthe third ventricle,no analgesia is observed.Under such conditions,it wouldseem to imply that the site of morphine analgesic action resides in the periven-tricular gray of the third ventricle and/or in the periaqueductal gray of therostral aqueduct.
