几种化学因素对蛙皮肤感受器的作用
THE ACTION OF CERTAIN CHEMICAL FACTORS ON FROG’S SKIN RECEPTORS
【摘要】 本文报告2,4-二硝基酚、氟化钠、单碘醋酸、藜芦硷、三磷酸腺苷及高濃度氯化钠对蛙皮肤神经标本冲动发放的作用,除三磷酸腺苷单独作用不引起冲动外,其余药物开始作用时均引起相当高频率的发放;在药物继续作用下发放逐渐减少以至消失。文中对这些药物作用的部位和可能的机制曾加以讨论。
【Abstract】 A short time after exposing the external skin surface of the frog’s nerve-skin preparation to Ringer solutions containing 2,4-DNP(1/2000), IAA(1/1000), NaF (0.6%), veratrine sulphate (1/1000) or high concentration of NaCl (513 or 1026mM), vigorous discharges could be led off from the nerve in all cases. With the continued action of the above solutions the discharges gradually decreased and eventually disappeared, followed by irresponsiveness also to mechanical stimulation on the skin. The site and mode of action of the solutions was discussed.
